SDH at IT Arena 2023 in Lviv

[Lviv, Ukraine] — The 10th anniversary of IT Arena 2023 was an extraordinary testament to the resilience and innovation of the tech community, even amidst challenging times marked by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

The event in Lviv, Ukraine brought together 3,364 specialists from diverse backgrounds, including startup founders, company directors, marketers, investors, media representatives, and more.

IT Arena served as an epicenter for discussions on innovation, defense technology, and all aspects of the IT industry. Participants were captivated by the rich program and the meaningful dialogue that unfolded during the event.

One of the highlights of IT Arena 2023 was the discussion on defense technology, a topic of great importance in the current Ukrainian context. Mariana Dziatko, Digital Marketing Manager at SDH, expressed her inspiration following Mikhailo Fedorov's speech on the "Technologies of War" highlighting the rapid development of defense technologies in Ukraine and their life-saving potential.

An eye-opening moment came with a remote control demonstration of a kamikaze boat, showcasing advanced technology right from the event stage, leaving attendees exhilarated and impressed.

Dziatko also participated in a thought-provoking panel discussion about Ukraine's potential as a future global defense technology hub. She extended her appreciation to the esteemed panelists, including Alex Bornyakov, Maksym Muzyka, Deborah, Fairlamb, and Anton Verkhovodov, for their valuable contributions to this crucial dialogue.

The event also celebrated the best and brightest startups, with S.Lab emerging as the top winner in the technology sector and @Himera in the defense sector. Both deserving startups received $10,000 each to further develop their projects, and additional investments totaling over $400,000 were awarded to select startups.

As a surprising addition to the event, the first all-electric BMW i5 M60 xDRIVE was presented at IT Arena 2023, showcasing the intersection of technology and sustainability.

To add a musical flourish to the celebration, the renowned Ukrainian music project ONUKA took the stage, enchanting the audience with a blend of Ukrainian elements and modern electronic music.
