Planting Greenery 

We commit annually to greenery planting projects to alleviate the negative impact of worldwide air pollution. 

Responsibility for environmental impact and striving for positive change is very important. And one of the ways we do that is through tree-planting initiatives. 

In April 2023, our Vinnytsia branch got their hands dirty and planted trees to contribute to a more sustainable future.

SDH team wants to encourage everyone to join us in making a difference. Planting trees is a simple but effective way to combat deforestation and climate change.

Diversity is our strength! SDH has made significant strides toward gender balance, with 41% of female employees and women holding 50% of C-suite roles. Community impact

SDH's impact extends beyond the tech realm. Our team actively engages in over 25 social responsibility projects, including volunteering, charity partnerships, and initiatives benefiting society. For example, in November 2023, our team members have been visiting animal shelters, bringing material assistance and essential supplies. We have also launched the #SDHKindnessChallenge and passed it on to other companies. This is an excellent opportunity to pass the goodness on. Join us in making a difference!
