How It Works

1. Refer a Lead – Identify prospects that need custom software development, SaaS solutions, or DevOps services, and refer them to SDH.
2. Lead Qualification – We evaluate the lead to ensure it is commissionable. The lead must not be an existing customer, in active negotiations, or referred by a third party.
3. Agreement & Engagement – If the lead signs an agreement with SDH within the commissionable period (1 year), it qualifies for a referral fee.
4. Earn Commissions – Receive a commission based on the project's management structure and payments received during the commissionable period.

Commission Structure

• 5% Commission – If SDH manages the project.
• 10% Commission – If you, as the referral partner, manage the project.

Commissions apply to payments received from the referred client during the commissionable period, minus taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.

Lead Referral Process

• Submit leads with relevant information via email or written form.
• SDH will review and accept or reject leads within 5 business days.
• Referral partners must support initial communication between SDH and the lead.
• Quarterly reports will be provided to track lead status and earnings.

SDH Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information and promotion materials for affiliate partners.
• Track referred leads and supply quarterly lead status and revenue updates.
• Offer training and ongoing support to set partners up for success.
• Make timely and transparent commission payments.

Payment Terms

• Invoices must be submitted by the 5th day of the current month for the previous month's leads.
• Payments will be processed by the 10th day of the current month.
• Bank transfers are the primary payment method, but other methods may be agreed upon.
• Taxes are the responsibility of the referral partner.

Confidentiality

• All lead information and cooperation details are confidential.
• Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior consent.
