About T&M
Hourly Rates
Under the T&M model, the client is billed based on the hourly rates of the individuals working on the project. Different team members, such as software developers, designers, QA testers, project managers, etc., may have different hourly rates based on their skills and experience.
Material Costs
In addition to labor costs, clients are also responsible for covering the expenses related to materials or resources used during the project. This can include software licenses, cloud services, hardware, third-party libraries, or any other tangible assets needed for the project.
