Partner’s objective
To create a medical ERP system for dental clinics in the UAE that should cover all organization's processes: registry management, patients' profiles, appointments and scheduling, diagnosis and treatment plans, digital tools for dentists, dental charts, billing and invoicing management, as well as HR and branch management.
SDH solution
We built a cloud platform that automates operations of dental clinics through patient EHR management, 3D dental charts, appointments and scheduling, billing and invoicing, and cloud DICOM viewer. The solution, integrated with the UAE eHealth, has built-in ICD-10 medical guides and is compliance-friendly with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, CDA, CCD, QRDA, and DICOM.

Features and Results
3D Dental Charts
A dental patient chart to visualize the patient's teeth and record dental diseases for treatment assignment. 3D projections of teeth and the ability to make notes - procedures performed on a tooth, such as implants, crowns, veneers, or bridges placed.
Electronic Health Records
Flexible fill in the patient's medical record with all personal data and special medical notes: basic information and anamnesis of the patient, history keeping, allergy notes, and other records.
Dental Treatment Plan
Examination history and dental treatment plan in one interface. Built-in dental and medical directories for diagnoses and treatments and a built-in Cloud DICOM Viewer.
Calendar and Schedule
A user-friendly calendar for scheduling appointments, a dashboard with information on physician workloads, and various options for filtering information. Management of the clinic's and physician's schedules, including employee vacation accounting and different operating hours.
Dental Services and Templates
Directory of dental services to make it easier for clinics to create a list of services they provide and set prices. Customizable templates of documents to be printed for patients (agreement forms, invoices, prescripts, etc.)
Billing & Invoicing Management
Subscription management. Paying for the number of physician licenses.
